Grande moda nos meados dos anos 80, não havia ninguem na escola que não tivesse uma mochila da marca palmers cujo simbolo eram uma palmeiras, ao fim de algum tempo começaram a fazer imitações da marca original, enfim coisas que ainda hoje se faz.
